That the UndenlRned, hereinafter called the "Borrowers". for and in
coasideradonof the sum of TEN DOLLARS (3'10.00) and other ggood and valuable considerations unto them in hand
paid, the receipt whereof b hereby acknowledged, and for the purpose of inducing THE COMMERCIAL BANK at

1. So bng a: the note hereinabove referred m. ar any pordon thereof, a any extension or renewal thereof, and
also anq a~ allother iadebtednessof the Borrowers, or either of them, m said Bank. whether joint or several. here-
tofore whereafter incurred, of any nature whatsoever, shall remain unpaid, either before or after the maturity
thereof. the said Borrowers will do the folbwinngg things. to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all fire and windstorm insurance pprremiums, taxes. assessments, dues and charges of
every kind imposed or levied upon tbeir real and personalrtoperty prise tothe time when any such sums shall
become delinquent of in default; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and aII sums due and owing oo any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereina er described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come delinquent or go imo default.
2, The Borrower agree that they will not. without first procuring the consent in writing of the said Bank here-
aftercreate orpermit any lien or other encumbrance to exist on their property. real or penotul, now owned or here-
after acquired by them including. but mt limited to, the property hereinafter described.
9. The Borrowers agree that they shall not have the privilege, nor will they sell. tratsfet, assign, hypothecate, or
in an manner whatever, dispose of the property, or any interest therein, owned by them, including specifically, but
not Smiled m, the following real estate situate, to-wit: (Descripdon of Property) Lot 11 and that part of Lot 12
described as follows, to wit: Commencing at'the NW corner of said Lot 12 and run thence south-
easterly along the northerly line of said Lot 12 to the NE corner thereof, thence Southwesterly
along the easterly line.of said Lot 12, a distance of 30', thence run northwesterly, parallel to
the northerly and southerly lines of said Lot 12, to the east line of Chipola Rd. , thence run
northeasterly along the east line of Chipola Rd, a distance of 30' to the point of beginning (over)
so longg as any indebtedness or obllggadon shall remain unpaid as hereinabot-e referred to in Paragraph 1.
4. If the Borrowers shalldefau8inanyofthe wvenants, promises, and agreements herein comained m be made,
done, and performed by them, or if they shall attempt m trarufer, sell. hypothecate, dispose of or encumber any of
the property of the Borrowers without first procuring the consent in writing of the Bank therefor. then in either or any
of such events, the Bank may, in addidon to anp and all other rights which the Bank may have, declare the entire
remaining unpaid principal and interest of any such obligadons or indebtednesses then remaining unpaid m the Bank,
due and payable forthwith and shall, as security for payment thereof, have a Sen on all of the property of the Bor-
rower, real and personal, including, but not Smiled to, the real estate hereinabove described. which lien may
be enforced by foreclosure in the same manner as a mortgage may be enforced for default.
