on file in Plat Book 10, at page 19-A of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
This is a 2nd Mortgage posted to secure Surety Bond #BA-
in the amount of $500.00 posted for J.P. MORGAN, Jr.
and the said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant tht title to said land. and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persoru whomsoever.

assigns, shat! pay unto the said Mortgagee their legal representatives or assigns. a
certain prnmissory note dated the 21st day of August , A. D. 1969 ,for

nants of said promissory note and of this mortgage, and shall duly pay all tares, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required, and all costs and expenses including a reasonable attorney's fee,
which said Mortgagee may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also in
enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise. then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
