Beginning at a point on the East-West 1 /4 Section
line of Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 41 East,
said point being 89.03 feet West of the East 1 /4 corner
of said Section 5; thence run N 22° 37' 23" W, a distance
of 8354. ?1 feet to the beginning of a curve; thenc a on said
curve to the left having a central angle of 6° 48' 0?" and
a radius of 11459.20 feet, a distance of 1360.39 feet to the
end of said curve; thence run N 29° 25' 30" W, a di stance
of 2336.80 feet to the North line of, and 350.5? feet East
of the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 35 South, Range 41 East;
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized
of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to sell
and convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;
and that said land is free of all encumbrances except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1968.
