Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to adminis-
ter oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared L. M.
FEASTER and ANNA M. FEASTER, his wife, who, after first being duly
sworn, depose and say:
That they are one and the same as the Assignors in that
certain Assignment for Contract dated December 10, 1957, and filed
for record December 14, 1957, in Deed Book 233, at page 657, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiants do here-
by acknowledge that there was a mortgage executed between the
ties as set out in said Assignment of Contract, but would furt
liege that said mortgage was never recorded, apothecated or
signed, and that said mortgage and note executed in connection
therewith has been paid in full and cancelled; that at no time did
other than Affiants have any right, title and interest in
id note and mortgage, and that Affiants personally marked said
instruments PAID IN FULL and returned the same to the said William
. Farmer and Mildred J. Farmer, his wife, and that to the best
ormation, knowledge and belief of the aff iants all of said
s have now been destroyed.
Further Affiants saith not.
