THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 271k day of June , A.D.
1969 by GRUMMAN AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING CORPORATION, a New York
corporation having its office and mailing address at Beth page,
Long Island, New York, hereinafter called the grantor, to
MONTAUK AERO CORPORATION, a New York corporation having its
office and mailing address at Bethpage, Long Island, New York,
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNFSSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable cons iderations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
