valuable considerations, receipt wher+eoJ i, hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises. releases, conveys and conf inns unto the gnantee, all that certain land situate in S t . Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Lot 1, Block 14 of MARAVILLA PLAZA, a subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 5 at page 16 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Also: Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 70 in MARAVILLA SUB-
DIVISION of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 Sast,
according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 68 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run West 150 feet
along the North boundary of said lot; thence run Southwesterly
along the East boundary of a 15 foot alley to a point on the
South boundary of said lot 150 feet West of the SE corner of
said lot; thence run along the South boundary of said lot to
the SE corner of said lot; thence run Northeasterly along the
East boundary of said lot to the point of beginning.
Together with all furniture, fixtures and appliances therein
located.
This deed is subject to a first mortgage to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated January 13,
1967, in the original principal amount of $6,500.00, recorded
in O. R. Book 164, page 608 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. This deed is further subject to that second
mortgage to Guy K. Gregg and Helen Gregg dated November 1, 1968
in the original principal sum of $3,662.72 which is recorded in
O. R. Book 174 at page 827 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Z'he grantees herein assume and agree to pay
the above described mortgages.
