DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made this 2 ~~ day of ~ 19 69 ,
between NICHOLAS POPOVICH and ROSE POPOVICH, is wife
as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wits
The East 12 feet of the W~ of the SE's of the SW's
of the SW~ of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range
40 East.
