WITNESSETH: That the said partiesof the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (=1.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, aright-of-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

40 Bast, St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is expressly understood and agreed by and between
the parties hereto that if the party of the second part
has not commenced construction of a drainage ditch and/or
road on said land within one (1) year from the date of
this deed, said deed shall be null and void.
