Subject to restrictions, reservations, and easements of record; zoning and
other regulatory ordinancesf subject also to mortgage to McCaughan Mortgage
Company, Inc. in the original principal sum of $11,800.00, dated September 18,
1961, filed for record in O. R. Book 18, page 613 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, Which mortgage grantees herein assume and agree to pay.
together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining.

Trod the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land

all persons whomsoever: and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to necember 31, 1968 and said mortgage. _
