Start at the NE corner of Lot 11, J. I. RELLEM'S SUBDIVISION
as per plat thereof as filed in Plat Book 3, Page 85, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and proceed Southerly
along the East line of Lot 11, 130', thence Westerly 400' parallel
to the North line of Lot 11, thence Southerly 100' parallel to
the Easterly line of Lot 11, thence Easterly 400' parallel to
the North line of Lot 11, thence Northerly 100' to Point of
Beginning; EXCEPTING, however, such of said land, if any, used
as rights of way for public roads..
