by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of August, A.D. 19 68 ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in O.R. ~ Book 173,Page 382 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly desuibed,
to secure the payment of the sum of Ten Thousand, Two liundred and no/100-----------

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said
Lillian Bvans Sngran, a single adult,
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Lillian Evans Bngran, a single adult,
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Lillian Bvans Bngram, a single adult,
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:
The South 70 feet of Lot 1, Block 128, of a Re-Subdivision
of Blocks 113, 114, 127 and 128 of Garden City Fauns, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 3, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Lillian Bvans Bngram, a single adult,
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
ther provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
