mortgage to Citizens federal Savings and Loan
Association of St. Lucie County in the amount of
$3,600.00, dated February 19, 1969 and recorded
in the O.R.•Book 175, page 2562 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and to a
first mortgage to Citizens Federal Savings and
Loan Association of St. Lucie County in the
amount of $22,000.00, dated December 4, 1967
and filed in O.R. Book 169, page 1155, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.,

Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to lessees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are iptended to be and are hereby
deetales~ io be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
all eas~' is and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred, ah~! sgt over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due orshereafter to become due as provided in the
Suppkmentsl Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
gagees,. lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
