Cones the undersigned, LARBN MORTON, and after being first duly sworn by me the undersigned officer auyhorized to take administer oaths in the State and County aforesaid says: ~,. That the lease executed between the undersigned and BIAISB with IVAN A. DAYIS and JO ANNB DAVIS, his•wife, has never mean aired current and in fact, has been in arrears frog its beginning bas been abandoned for more than six months and that prior to its .- the first party, IVAN A. DAVLS died and JO ANNB DAVIS has - sted at all times, an intent to abandon the lease and did in f(anct n the lease during the first month of its initiation in 196e. 7C'~' 2. That the purchase price of the property which is the ubject of this affidavit and the mortgage recoreded in Irbrtgage Deed 146, Page 194 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is not sold at a profit but on the contrary at a substantial loss, to-wit: purchase price being $25,000.00 and the present sale price being 15,000.00. 3.
