SATISFACTION OF 1lORTGAGB BY SBPARATB INSTRUMENT
KNOW ALL MBN BY THBSE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Park 8rnsberger does hereby
certify that a certain mortgage deed dated December 10, 1956 running from Guy J.
Ewing and Louise Ewing to the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce, Florida and recorded December 11, 1956 at 3:33 o'clock P.M. in Mortgage
Book No.,13~_~~_Pa es 381-382 1n the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
St. Lucie County, Florida under File No..53604 and which mortgage was subsequently
assigned by said First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida
to the said Park Brnsberger as recorded in Assignment Mortgage Book No. 13 at
Pages 665-666 on January 12, 1960 under File No. 81688, in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, and describing the real
estate described as follows,- is fully satisfied.
DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE
Begin 300 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
Block 4, of Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
according to the plat of Saint Lucie Gardens of record in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, continue South on the West line of said
Lot 4, 250 feet, thence East, parallel to the North line
of said Lot 4, to the right of way of the Dixie Highway,
thence Northwesterly along said Highway a sufficient
distance to measure 250 feet North and South, thence
West to the West line of Lot 4, being the starting point;
less all rights of way for Public Roads.
Said Park Ernsberger does hereby certify that said note and mortgage has been
fully paid and satisfied and the Recorder is hereby authorized to discharge same
of record.
WHEREOF, the said Park Ernsberger has hereunto set his hand the 5th day of July,
1969.
