DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE
Parcel L. Begin 500 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
Block 4, Section 12, Township 37 South Range 40 East according
to the plat of Saint Lucie Gardens of record in the office of the
Circuit of Saint Lucie County, Florida; continue South on the West
line of said Lot 4, fifty feet; thence East, parallel to the North
line of said Lot 4, to the right of way line of Dixie Highway, (O.S.
#1); thence Northwesterly along said Highway a sufficient distance •
to measure fifty feet North and South; thence West to the West line
of said Lot 4, being the staiting point; LESS and except rights
of way br public roads.
Parcel 2. Commencing on the West line of Lot 4, Block 4, of Saint
Lucie Gardens, Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 35 of public
records of Saint Lucie County,. Florida, at a point 300 feet South
of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, thence continue South on
said West line a distance of 200 feet; thence run East parallel
to the North line of said Block 4 to the West right of way line
of U. S. Highway #1; thence run northwesterly abng said right of
way line of U. S. Highway #1 to a point due East of the point of
beginning; thence run West to said point of beginning, same lying
in and being a part of Lots 3 ~ 4 of Block 4, Saint Lucie Gardens,
Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East.
LESS and ERCEPT the following: A strip of land 67 feet wide,
situate West of and ad3acent to the existing 66 ft. right of way
for State Road #5 (U.S. #1) over, through and across the South
200 feet of the North 500 feet of Lots 3 ~ 4, containing 0.34
acres more or less.

SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE BY SEPARATE INSTRUMENT
aTOW ALL HEN BY THBSE PRESBNTS, that the undersigned Park Ernsberger of R. F. D. #2,
Norwalk, Ohio does hereby certify that a certain mortgage deed executed June 4, 1957,
running from Eloise Morton and Loren Morton to Guy J. Swing and Louise 8wina and
recorded Juae 4, 1957 at 4:59 o'clock P.M. in Mortgage $Qok 137. at Pages 426-428,
under File No. 57854 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida and which mortgage deed was subsequently assigned by the said
Guy J. Ewing and Louise Ewing to Park Brnsberger by instrument recorded January 12,
1960 at 11:47 A.M. in Assignment of Mortgage Volume No. 13, at Pages 663-664, File
No. 81687 in the office of said Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, describing the real estate described in the following manner, has been
fully satisfied.
Said Park Ernsberger does hereby certify that said note and mortgage has been fully
paid and satisfied and the Clerk'of said Circuit Court is hereby authorized to
discharge same of record.
