in conformity with the terms of a certain Declaration of Trust executed by me under date of
August ?, 1969 , do by these presents release and forever Quit-Claim to myself as
Trustee under the terms of such Declaration of Trust, and to my successors as Trustee under the terms of
such Declaration of Trust, all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which I as Releaser have
or ought to have in or to the property located at: Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
PARCEL 1 : Fsom the point of intersection of the E boundary of the right of way of U.S.Hwy
o. an t e N boundary of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6, Township 34 S, Range 40 E, sun SW along
said right of way 880.03' for the point of beginning, thence run SW 200' along the E boundary of
the right of way of U.S.Hwy.No.l, thence E 232', thence S 300' more or less to a point 250' due
E of the intersection of the S boundary of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6, Township 34 S,
Range 90 E with the E boundary of the right of way of U.S.Hwy No. 1, thence run E 489.51' more or
less to the W right of way line of State Road No. 605, thence NW 517.44' along the W right of
way line of State Road No. 605, thence W 550' to point of beginning in St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL ~ : From the point of the intersection of the E boundary of the right of way of State
oa o. and the N boundary of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6, Township 34 S, Range 40 E, sun SE
along the said E boundary of the right of way of State Road No. 605 a distance of 853' more or
less for the point of beginning; thence turn and run E to a point on the W boundary of the
Florida East Coast RailwayCo. right of way, thence run SE along the W boundary of the Florida
East Coast Railway right of way for a distance of 518' more or leas, thence run W 110' to a
point on the E boundary of the right of way of State Road No. 605, thence run in a NW direction
along the E boundary of the right of way of State Road No. 605 to the point of beginning, being
a strip of land lying E of the right of way of State Road No. 605 and the W of the Florida East
boast Railway Company right of way and immediately S of the tract sold by Max Gurirtz and
Antonia Gurirtz, his wife, to Chester M. Leishear and Ethel M. Leishear, his wife, by deed
dated April 4,1952, and recorded in Deed Book 173, Page 21, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and being Sec. 6, Township 34 S. Range 40 E in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Being the same premises conveyed to the Releases via Deed dated March 9, 1955, recorded
in Book 199, Page 455 of the St. Lucie County Land Records.
To Have and to Hold the premises, with all the appurtenances, as such Trustee forever; and I declare and
agree that neither I as an individual nor my heirs or assigns shall have or make any claim or demand upon
such property.
