of 10° 30' as measured Easterly from the preceeding
line, a distance of 740 feet, more or less, to a point
which lies on the South line of said Section 1 and is
1690 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof. Said
point being the termination point of said center line.
WHEREAS, said application having been approved by the
'Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, in meeting November
5, 1968;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties of the first part. for and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of One Dollar, to
:.them paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have remised, F
..;released, and granted and by these presents do hereby remise,
i' release and grant to said second party, subject to the provisions
hereinafter set forth:
.' The right to use the tracts as described herein to
(1) enter upon wick necessary equipment and to clear, borrow,
:;excavate, dredge, and remove soil, direct, and other materials
from said lands.
This conveyance is made subject~to the following
;provisions, viz:
1. The first parties reserve unto themselves, their
successors and assigns all rights and privileges in said lands
which may be used and enjoyed without interfering with or abridg-
ing the rights of the second party under this easement.
2. The rights and authority herein conferred shall -
'.`extend to the officers, agents, contractors, employees, and '
:~authorized.xepresentatives of the United States of America and i
;The St. Lucie County Erosion District.
3. The parties of the first part hereby release any
claim ~e State of Florida may have against the party of the second
.'part due directly or indirectly to damage arising out of the
exercise of the rights granted by this easement.
