Notice is given that on the 26th day of August, 1969
~'in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, there
was instituted a suit in equity by G. B. WALTERS and ALLIECE
WALTERS, Plaintiffs, against• DUPREE BULIARD and CORA LEE BULIARD,
•. Defendants, The land involved in that suit is that certain piece,;
parcel or tract lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 12, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, as per

the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought is the foreclosure of the Agreement
for Deed as executed and delivered by DUPREE BULIARD and CORA LEE
