in Martin and Saint Lucie County for EDGAR ALLEN HOLMES, Jr.
and the said Mortgagors do hereby gully u~an~ant the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.-

premiums reasonably required. and all costs and eacpenses including a reasonable attorney's /ee.
which said Mortgagee may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also in
en/orcing this mortgage by suit or otherwi:e. then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
