HomeMy WebLinkAbout1722PURCHASER`S PAYMENT RECORD~.- CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE The purchaser of space from the Fort Pierce Cemetery Associ- ation does hereby agree to abide by and comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Association herein set forth: 1. Purchaser shall not have any rights in or to the space covered by this certificate until the full purchase price shall have been paid. 2. The terms of sale are cash, except that where the purchaser desires terms, not less than one space must be paid for in cash, and one additional space must be paid for within each 60 day period thereafter, but not to exceed one year. 3. In the event this contract is not paid in full within the time stipulated, the Association reserves the right to assign the Purchaser to another location and to the number of spaces for which payment has been received as of that date. 4. Purchaser shall not permit any interment for a re- muneration, nor transfer or assign any right or interest to space covered by this contrail. Purchaser agrees that space covered by this certificate shall be used for burial only of the immediate family or relatives. 5. No burial will be permitted by the Association in any space which has not been fully paid for or against which there are any unpaid charges or assessments. 6. No plot or space shall be enclosed with a hedge, cop- ing, fence, etc., but the corners thereof may be marked by cornerstones, furnished and installed by Purchaser, of dress- ed stone and shall be six inches square and securely set flush with the ground. 7. No vault, mausoleum or similar structure is permitted. Only a headstone or bronze plate is permitted, which said headstone or plate must be a flat top and installed or set flush with the ground. The Association reserves the right to remove, without any liability on its part, any monument or structure which does not comply with this provision. 8. No trees, shrubs, bushes, etc., are permitted, and the Association reserves the right to remove, without any liabili- ty on its part, any such trees, shrubs, etc. 9. The Association reserves the right to alter any road- way or walks in the cemetery, or to change the layout of plots which have not been sold, and to make such rules and regulations for the government and management of the grounds as it may deem necessary. 10. In the event Purchaser has paid in full for this Certifi- cate and later moves from St. Lucie County, the Association, on request from Purchaser, will endeavor to sell any unused space and reimburse Purchaser in the event such space is sold. 11. Artificial flowers, wreaths, etc., must be removed from grave after a period of three weeks. ~~9 PACf 1,~~~
