KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that John C. Hallam and Virginia M. Nallam, his wife,
the owner and holden of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby, executed by
Wayne U. Sines, Jr., and William R. Dannahower

Lucie County, Florida, as follows
Lots 5 and 6 of Tract 114 of the Re-Subdivision of Tracts 113, 114, 127 and 128
of GARDBN CITY FARMS, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 8, page 3, of the public rQCOrds of St. Lucie County, Rlorida; to-
gether with the Bast 6.50 feet of the West 31.50 feet of the South One-half
(S~) of the Southeast Quarter (SBA) of the Southeast Quarter (SB;{) of Section
5, Township 35 South, Range 40 Bast, excepting that portion thereof abutting
Avenue F; and
Tract 111 of GARDEN CITY FARMS, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, LESS the North 25 feet and the west 25 feet of said Tract 111;
1nGBTHBR with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of Ten (x10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations
inuring to the undersigned from First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, do hereby subordinate the lien
and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby
exewted by the said mortgagors to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE under date of
July 17 , 19 69 ,recorded in O. R. Rook _~, at page 2629 St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, securing the sum of S 202600.00 ,and encumbering the above described
real property, in the same manner and effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed for public record prior to and
in advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned which is hereby subordinated.
