lease and quit-claim unto the said second party joreuer, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said just party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie Stare of Florida , eo-wit:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 69 of the Revised
Plat of Maravilla Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 7,
page 31, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, 441.08
feet East of the Northwest corner of said lot or Sunrise Boulevard;
running thence South (along the East side of Sylvan Terrace as now
extended) 100 feet to the South line of said lot; running thence
East along the South line of said lot 125 feet; running thence
North 100 feet to the North line of said lot; and running thence
West to the point of beginning.
The purpose of this Quit-Claim Deed is to-release the reversionary
interests in Keystone Realty Company, which was assigned to the grantee:
by said company, in February, 1951, by instrument recorded in DeedBook
163, Page 311, on March 13, 1951, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
