• NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCF~tN
The within Notice of Commencement of improvement to real property is
hereby published pursuant to section 84,131 Florida Statutes Annotated;
(1) Description of property: U. S. Highway #1 (Fourth Street)
and Avenue A, Ft. Pierce, Florida. All that certain lot,
place or parcel of land, situate in Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the point formed by the intersection of the
northern line of Avenue A, formerly Palmetto Avenue, and the
western line of North Fourth Street, also know as U. S. .Route No. 1,
or Dixie Highway, as now located, and which point point is 5.6 feet
distant in ,the westerly direction from the southeast corner of Block
M of Ddttmair and McCarty's Revision of their Re-Subdivision, as
surveyed by J. C. Fries in March, 1905,-and recorded in Plat Book
No. 1, at page 3, of the .public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; thence running in a northerlq direction with the western
line of said North Fourth Street, as now located, 140 feet to a
point; thence running westerly, parallel with the northern line of said
Avenue A, 109.4 feet to a point; thence running southerly, parallel with
the western line of said North Fourth Street, 140 feet to a point in the
northern line of said avenue A and then running easterly along the
northern line of said Avenue A, 109.4 feet to the place of beginning.
(2) Description of improvements: Removal and replacement of concrete
drive and sidewalk.
(3) Name and address of "owner" (as defined in Section 1, 84.011
Florida Statutes Annotated): BP Oil Corporation, 7 Executive
Park Drive, N. E., Atlanta, Georgia 30329
(4) (a) Owners interest in real estate: Fee simple title holder
(b) Name and address of fee simple title holder(if other
than the "owner" above): Same
(5) Name and address of Contractor: Joe W. Carver, 5300 S. Indian
River Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450.
(6) Name and address of surety on payment bond and bond amount,
if any: none required.
(7) All notices should be directed to the attention of Mr. L. Miller, Jr.,
Director of Purchasing, BP Oil Corporation,-7 Executive Park Drive,
N. E., Atlanta, Georgia 30329. - •
