KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Norman N . Baker and Ruth
L. Baker, formerly Ruth Rothermel, his wife

in the public records of St..Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 173 on Page s
1345-1346 ,securing the payment of the sum of Three Thousand and NO/100----------------------

and to the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
