and JOHN ROBERT HARRISON, SR., and HELEN COLVARD HARRISON, his wif~,
hereinafter called the grantors, to MARY ELIZABETH WATERS, whose
post off ice address is 719 Georgia Avenue, Fort Fierce, Florida,

WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable con-'
siderations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant,
.bargain, sell, alien, remise; release, convey and confirm unto the
grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flori-
da, viz:
Beginning at a point on the North Line of Palmetto Avenue
(now Avenue A) 177.5.feet West of the Southeast corner of
Block M of AARON LEEtS MAF OF FORT FIERCE, as per plat there
~ of on file in Plat Book 1, at page 189, of the Public Record
of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence turn and run Northerly
at right angles to the North Line of Palmetto Avenue, 140
feet to a point; thence turn and run Easterly parallel with
the North line of palmetto Avenue for a distance of 12.5
feet to a point; thence turn and run Northerly at-right
angles to the North Line of Palmetto Avenue 60 feet to a
point; thence turn and run Westerly parallel with the North
Line of palmetto Avenue 75 feet to a point; thence turn at
right angles and run Southerly 200 feet on the North line of
Palmetto Avenue; thence turn and run Easterly along the North
line of Palmetto Avenue for a distance of 62.5 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that the
ors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to sa
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all pe
sons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances,
cept taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1968.

these presents the day and year first above written.
