We the undersigned, hereby usociate ouraslves together for the
purpose of becoming a oorpoaraaon under the laws of the State of Florida,
by and wider the provisions of the Statutes of the State of Fbrida, puoviding
for the iormaaon. liability, rlghte. privileges and immunises of a corpora-
lion for profit.
ARTICLE I.
The name of this corporaaon shall be: CASE MO'PORS, INC.
ARTICLE II.
The general nature of the business and the objects and purposes pro-
posed to be transacted end carried oa, are to do any and all of the things. herein
mentioned, as fully and to the same extant as natural pereams might, or could
do, viz:
(a) Tb take, acquire, buy. bold, own, maintain, work, develop, sell,
cx~nvey, lease. mortgage. exchange, improve, and otherwise deal in at~d dispose
of real estate and real property and all other ldnde of property of whatever
nature, grhether real, personal, or mired, or any interest or rights therein
without limits u to amounts: to buy and sell, convey, tiuign arrd cancel liana

as broker, or agent fur the purclwse, sale. leasing and management of real
estate and personal property of every description, and to deal in general

of whosoever nature, and secure the same by mortgagee on its property. or

stock of other corpoaraaons and to purchase the corporate assets of any other
