Debtors covenant they will. at their own east and expense. procure such insurance of the described property as may legally be required by the
Secured Party in a reasonable amount and with an insura~e company duly qualified to act in the state of the Debtoi s residence. such insurance to
name the Secured Party as co-insured or shall have attached to the policy or policies a Secured Party loss payable clause. and covenant they will keep
such insurance for the duration of this Security Agreement. Such polities and certificates of insurance shall be delivered b the Secured Party.
