HomeMy WebLinkAbout1840 RELEASE AND SATISFACTION KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS: ~~~1 'WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagor", by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record gunk 7~_ ~'~° Z~,zq,,.granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, with interest as therein mentioned. AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques:tei the said mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgage. NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit- claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows: ~ Lot (s) 35 , Block_~_HOLIDAY OUT iN i~rn~~ AMERICA T ST.
