Before me, an Officer duly authorized to administer oaths
and take aaknoxisdgementa, personally appeared Sam C. Gay,
to ms xsll knoxn xho first being duly sxorn deposes and
says that he has been a resident of St. Luale County, Florida
for over 23~years and during that time has been actively
engaged in the land title business and is thoroughly familiar
xith the titles and plats of reoord in St. Luoie County, Florida.
That land described in deed from R.K.LeBlond, as Trustee
to George L. Gugle dated March 12, 1935 and tiled Marsh 25,
1938 in Deed Book 91, page 519 and land described in that
certain deed from R. K. LeBlond and xite Loretto H. LeBlond
to George L. Gugle dated March 12, 1935 and tiled March 25,
1938 in Deed Book ~6, page 3?2 omitted therefrom the specific
designation "ss shoxn on map of plat of 3t.Luale Gardens,
Plat Book 1, page 3SY. Hoxever, since the description
refers to certain lots and blocks in Section 44, 23 and 26,
Toxnship 36 South, Range 40 East, it could not have referred
to aqy other land tha tta that xhi ah is platted into St. Luc le
Gardens. A search of the publio records from the earliest
publio records to and including the date of this affidavit
discloses no plat of aT~ nature or kind xhatsoever other
than 3t. Lucie Gardens covering the property referred to in
the above mentioned deeds.
