KENNEDY, his wife, first party, to TADEUSZ SENDZIMIR, whose post- office address if 87 Cables Avenue, Waterbury, Connecticut 06710, second party: WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera- jtion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does 'hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described proper lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to- wit: Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, and all of Lot 7, and Lots 9 to 16 inclusive of Block 1; Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Lots 10 to 16 inclusive of Block 2; Lots 1 to 5 inclusive and 11 to 16 of Block 3; lots 1 to 12 inclusive of Block 4; all being in Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on the map or Plat of St. Lucie Gardens, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. SUBJECT TO zoning and rights-of-way of record. It is the intent of the Quitclaimors to convey all of their beneficial interest in the above described lands. Quitclaimors warrant that they have an undivided 33.5$ beneficial interest under Trust recorded in Deed Book 214, page 398, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
