THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 5 day of July ,
A.D. 1969, by MARY JEANNE MUNOZ, formerly MARY JEANNE WELLER,
joined by her husband, GEORGE MUN08, first party, to TADEUSZ
SENDZIMIR, whose postoffice address is 87 Cables Avenue, Waterbury
Connecticut 06710, second party:
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto thesaid second party forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
first party has in and to the following described property, lying
and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, and
all of Lot 7, and Lots 9 to 16 inclusive of Block l;
Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Lots
10 to 16 inclusive of Block 2; Lots 1 to 5 inclusive
and 11 to 16 of Block 3; Lots 1 to 12 inclusive of
Block 4; all being in Section 14, Township 36 South,
Range 40,East, as shown on the map or Plat of St.
Lucie Gardens, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to zoning and rights-of-way of record.
It is the intent of the Quitclaimor to convey all of
her beneficial interest in the above described lands.
Quitclaimor warrants that she has an undivided 29$~
beneficial interest under Trust recorded in Deed Book
214, page 398, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity or claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
signed and sealed these presents the day and year first above
written.
