as per ,plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at page 58, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel 2: ALSO point of reference is the ~ Section corner on

Lucie County, Florida; from said. point of reference North
0°03'02" West, 297.3 feet along the boundary line of Governor®nt
Lot 4 and Government Lot 5 to a point; thence South 82°b8'27"
West, 31.85 feet to a point; thence South 82°58'03" West, 48.15
feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot 20, Block 4, FORT PIERCS
BEACB SUBDIVISION, in Section 36, Township 34 South, Range 40 Bast,
and Section 1, Township 3 5 South, Range 40 Bast, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, page 29, public records of St. Lucie County,-Florida,
said Northeast corner being hereinafter referred to as the point
of beginning. From said point of beginning South 82°58'03" West,
50.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 20, thence North
18°29'22" West, 39.69 feet to a point on the westerly line of
said Lot 20, extended, thence North 82°58'03" East, 50.0 feet
to a point on the easterly line of said Lot 20 extended thence
South 18°29'22" East, 39.69 feet to the point of beginning, con-
