1969, by MARY ELIZABETH WATERS, 3oined by her husband I.M. WATERS,
JOHN ROBERT HARRISON, SR., and HELEN COLVARD HARRISON, his wife
reinafter called the grantors, to JOHN T, HART and CELIA F. HART,I
his wife, whose post office address is P. O. Box 39, Milton, New
York, 12547, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable con-
siderations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant,

Beginning at_a point on the North line of Palmetto Avenue
(now Avenue A) 115 feet West of the Southeast corner of Bloc:
M of AARON LEES MAF OF FORT FIERCE, as per plat thereof on
f ile in Plat Book 1, at page 189, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, run Northerly at right angles to
the North line of Palmetto Avenue, 140 feet to a point; then
turn and run Westerly parallel with the North Line of Paloaet
to Avenue for a distance of 62i feet to a point; thence turn
at right angles and run Southerly 140 feet to a point on the
North line of Palmetto Avenue; thence turn and run Easterly
along the North line of Palmetto Avenue for a distance of
62i feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
