SUBDIVISION, as in Deed-Book 172, Page 30, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the Southerly line of above
Lot 4, and the East R/W -line of U. S. Highway /1, as en-
larged from former 66 feet R/W; thence Northwesterly along
said East R/W line 50 feet; thence Northeasterly, parallel
wlfh South line of said Lot 4, 150 feet; thence Northwesterly
parallel with said East R/W line of highway to a line which
is 12 feet Northerly from NE corner of a certain residence;
thence Northeasterly, parallel with said Southerly line of
said Lot 4, to a point half way between-West shore line and
East share line of a lake; thence Southeasterly, parallel
with said East line of said highway, to a point which is 25
feet distance from said Southerly line of said Lot 4, to a
point which is 75 feet East of East shore line of said Lake;
thence Southeasterly, parallel with East R/W line of highway,
25 feet to Southerly line of said Lot 4; thence Southwesterly
along said Southerly line of said Lot 4 to point of beginning./

Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to lessees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, sueen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to b~ a part of said real estate whether physically attached Cher •o or not); and also together with
all easements an8 the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
terred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplgmental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
gagees, IienhoMers and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
