Railroad, run thence northeasterly along FEC
right of way to a point where the same intersects
a northerly extension of the west line of tract
owned by Indian River Foods, Inc. , run thence
south to the point of beginning.

In the event of the termination oaf this easemenrt as aforesaid, second p

their heirs and assigns, shall have ~ after such termination
within which to remove the above-mentioned existing spur track from its
present location and in the event of their failure to do so within said time,
~ such right shall terminate,
First party warrants that it has good title sad lawful right
