between JOH[~T ANDRB'9iT TUCKER, III, as Executor of the 8state
of JOHN ANDREW TUCKEtt, JR., deceased, party he first part,
and JOHN LYMAN, SR. and JOHN LYMAN, JR., as tenants ~I1O~ODIX
with right of survivorship, party of the second part,
whose address is 2011 Sast 233 Street, Euclid, Ohio 44117,
W I T N S S S S T H
The party of the first part on the ~~~~day of August,
1969, pursuant to power of sale contained in the last will
and testament of the above-named decedent, and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever,
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
a Z Florida, more particularly described as follows:

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that in all things prel~xrinary to and in and about the sale
and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and
the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in
all respects.
IN WITNESS ~ERSOF, the party of the first part has
