these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does hereby grant,
bargain, dell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain indenture of mortgage bearing date July 23rd, 1969,

Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, it successors
and assigns forever; the said party of the first part bas caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its
