and the sellers may occupy the premises until August 29, 1970 or any

and terminate their tenancy, the purchasers shall be entitled to
possession and use thereof,
Upon the payment of $1,500.00 from the purchaser to the seller,
the seller shall be entitled to and have the right to an assignment o
any and all of the rights of the sellers immediately upon the sellers
making said payment, The sellers agree to quit and evict the premise
leaving the saate in as good or better condition as it is ott this date
less ordinary wear and tear, on or before August 29, 1970 providing t
