THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of August A.D. 1969 by
Stapleyy Peal aqd wife, a Peal, Harold Vineberg and wife,
Josephine W. Vineberg, Peter DeMet and Laura DeMet, his wife,
hereinafter called the grantor, to M.S. McCollum
whose poetoff ice address is 2121 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, P'lortda
hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used hereto the terms " antor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of X10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof to hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and conftrms unto the grantee, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, via:

as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, pa ge 105 of the publ is
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which lies south of the North
lfne of Lot 4 and an extension westward of said north line to the
west boundary 1 ins of ea id subd ivia ion; EXCEPTING therefrom Lota 1, ~
2, 29, 30 and 31 whtoh have been deeded to the State of Florida, for
the use and benefit of the State Road Department, and further
EXCEPTING rights-of-way for public streets.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the
grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the
seine age inst the lawful cla ima of all persons whomsoever; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1968.
