This Easement made this ~ y day of August, 1969, between
the COLUN~US CORPORATION OF FORT PIERCE, INC:, anon-profit corporation
under the laws of Florida, the first party, and LE VERE MONTGOMERY
and BETTY Alai MONTGQ~RY, fe, the second party
WIT1~ffSSETH, that the first party in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1) and other valuable goods, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the second party, their suc-
cessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the
purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining a sani-
tary sewer in, upon and through the following described land in St.
Lucie County, tq-wit:
The northerly 10 feet of the East 140 feet of the South 100 feet
of the North 400 feet of the East ~ of the Southeast ~ of the
Southwest ~ of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
lying East-of the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No.
One (State Road No. Five) .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, their succes-
sors and assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be exeQUted in its name, and its corporate seal to
