The South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4; and the North 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 less the North 1/2 of the North
1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 10, Township 34 South, Range 39 Bast,
St. Lucie County, Florida, less. rights of way for
roads and canals. Containing 150 acres more or less,
together with all improveeaents thereon.
Mortgagees agree to release ten acre parcels at a price of
$600.00 per acre, as per attached rider. All monies paid towards
releases shall apply towards the following annual payment and all
monies paid towards the principle portion of annual payment shall
apply towards releases. Parcels shall be released in accordance
with numerical sequence recited in attached rider.
