manta, ROY P. TAOMAS, tvho after being by me first dummy cautioned
and ar~orn, upon his oath deposes and says:

SUBDIVISION, as per ptat thereof on fite in Plat Book 5, at Page
24 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Ftorida;
That on November 27, 1967, ROY THORfAS executed a Warranty
Deed recorded at OR Book 169 Page 996 to the same property;
That ROY TAOMAS is in fact ROY P. T80~iAS and that the person
u~ho executed the Deed on November 27, 1967 is in fact ~t~Ze same
person ~uho took oranership of the property June 29, 1949, recorded
in Deed Book 152, Page 131, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
