B. Griffin as her lawful attorney by means of a written Power of
Attorney dated February 14, 1967; that Izora A. Shetterly was
alive on September 5, 1967, the date of execution of a deed
from Izora A. Shetterly by Chester B. Griffin as her attorney-
in-fact to Claud W. Goff and Betty Jean Goff, his wife, and
that said Power of Attorney from Izora A. Shetterly to Chester
B. Griffin was in full force and effect on September 5, 1967;
that Izora A. Shetterly was a single adult on February 14, 1967,
and was a single adult on September 5, 1967.
