gate sum named to the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinnjter described, the mortgagor here-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and con firms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of u-hich the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County.
Florida, viz:
Parcel 1. Begin 500 feet South of the Iorthwest corner of Lot 4, Block 4, Section
12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East according to the plat of SAINT LUCIE
GARDENS of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie
County, Florida; continue South on the West line of said Lot 4, fifty feet; thence
East, parallel to the North line of said Lot 4, to the right of way line of Dixie
Highway, (U. S. #1); thence Northwesterly along said Highway a sufficient distance
to measure fifty feet North and South; thence West to the West line of said Lot 4,
;being the starting poirn; LESS AND EXCEPT rights of way for Public Roads.
Parcel 2. Commencing on the West line of Lot 4, Block 4, of Saint Lucie Gardens,
Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 35 of Public Records of Sairn Lucie County, Florida,
at a point 300 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, thence continue
South on said West line a distance of Z00 feet; thence run East parallel to the North
line of said Block 4 to the West right of way line of U. S. Highway #1; thence run
Northwesterly along said right of way line of U. S. Highway #1 m a point due East
of the point of begimung; thence run West to said point of beginning, same lying
in and being a part of Lots 3 & 4 of Block 4, Saint Lucie Gardens, Section 12,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following: A strip of land 67 feet wide, situate West of
and adjacent to the existing 66 ft. right of way for State Road #5 ~ S. #1) over,
