and MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, his wife, the owners and holders of a certain mortgage
given by VERNON E. VINEYARD and PHILIP W. VINEYARD, as Trustees of the
Vernon F. Vineyard Trust, and VERNON F. VINEYARD and PHILIP W. VINEYARD,
as Trustees of the Philip W. Vineyard Trust, trading and doing business as TAHOMA
COMPANY, a partnership, 'PO LEVERE MONTGOMERY and BETTY ANN MONT-
GOMERY, his wife and ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON and MARY ELLEN JOHNSON,
his wife, bearing date the 13th day of February, A. D. 1969, recorded in Official
Records Book 175 Page 2304 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.

evidenced by a certain note, upon the following described property, situate, lying and

of the REVISED PLAT OF COBB'S PARK SUB-
DIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
in Plat Book 8, Page 54, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby acknowledge satisfac-
tion of said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
