ARTICLE III Payment of Premiums The Grantor agrees to pay any premiums, assessments, and other charges on any insurance policies covered by this trust; and the Trustee shall be under no duty to pay any of such premiums, assessments, or other charges or to keep itself or any beneficiary or beneficiaries informed with respect to such payments, or to nonpayment, or to the existence of any other facts necessary to keep such policies in force. ARTICLE IV Collection of Proceeds of Insurance Policies The Trustee upon being informed as to the death of the insured, or the earlier maturity of any insurance policies subject to this Agreement, shall collect the proceeds thereof. The Trustee shall have full authority to take any action in regard to the collection that it deems best and to pay the expense thereof out of the trust estate, but it shall not be required to enter into or maintain any litigation to enforce payment of such policies until it shall have been indemnified to its satisfaction against all expenses and liabilities to which it might in its judgment be subjected by any action on its part.
