(2) For the purpose of facilitating the payment
of the funeral expenses of the Grantor by the executor
or'admfnistrator of the Grantor's estate, the expenses
of administration of the Grantor's estate, and estate,
inheritance, legacy, succession, and other taxes,
state and federal (including any interest or penalties
thereon) arising or oaring upoa or as a result of
the Grantor's death, the Trustee may use the whole
or any part of the principal or income of the "Vine-
yard Family Trust" to the extent that it shall in
its discretion determine for the following uses
and purposes:
(A) to purchase from the executor
or administrator of the Grantor's estate
any assets and property, whether real
or personal, composing any part of
the probate estate of the Grantor,
for such price and upon such terms
and conditions as the Trustee shall
in its discretion deem proper, and
(B) to make loans and advances
to the Grantor's executor or administrator
upon such terms and conditions, with
or without security, all as the Trustee
shall in its discretion determine.-
