The trust shall terminate upon the twenti- eth anniversary of the creation of the trust for such descendants. or upon the 21st birthday of the last of such descendants to reach such age, whichever event first occurs; however, if the Grantor's wife, JANET H. VINEYARD, shall be living at the time of the occurrence of the first of the said events, such trust shall terminate upon the death of the Grantor's said wife. Upon the termination of the trust, the then principal thereof shall be distributed and paid over to such descendants, per stirpes; provided, however, if all of such descendants shall die prior to the termination of the trust as hereinabove provided, then, in that event, the trust shall terminate upon the death of the last to die of such descendants, and the then principal thereof shall be distributed and paid over to the Grantor's descendants, per stirpes.
