live in the manner to which she is accustomed
and to have all proper and needed medical and
kindred attention, then and in that event,
the Trustee, in its absolute discretion, may
pay to the Grantor's said wife from the inco~ae
or principal, or both, of the several trusts
created under the provisions of this subpara-
graph (3~, such sums as shall be sufficient to
cause her to live in the-manner to which she is
accustomed and to have all proper and needed
medical and kindred attention; provided,
however, and notwithstanding the provisions of
the preceding sentence, no distributions from
the principal of the "Vineyard Family Trust"
shall be made to the Grantor's said wife
(i~ unless the principal of
the 'Janet H. Vineyard Trust" shall
have been exhausted; or
(iii the Trustee, in its sole
discretion, shall consider it im-
practicable at the particular time
and under the particular circuiastances
to make a principal distribution to
the Grantor's said wife fray the
principal of the "Janet H. Vineyard
Trust".
In exercising its discretionary powers hereunder,
the Trustee is directed to maintain equality
of distribution as amongst the income and
