remainder beneficiaries of the several
trusts to the extent that, in the Trustee's
sole discretion, such equality is practicable,
feasible and convenient.
(D) Notaithstandinq anything in sections
(A) , (8) and (C) of this subparaq~caph (3) to
the contrary, if, at any time an8 fsbs time to
time, the Trustee shall determine that any
child of the Grantor, or any .descendants of
a child of the Grantor is in need of-funds to
defray the costs and expenses of medical
treatment or surgery, or there is a need of
funds occasioned by sorme extraordinary occur-
rence to defray the costs of support and
shelter, the Trustee, in its sole discretion,
is authorized to pay to or for such child
or descendants froa'the income or principal,
or both, of the several trusts provided
under the provisions of this subparagraph
(3), such somas as shall be sufficient to
enable such child or descendants to receive
such needed medical attention, surgery,
support or shelter. In making any dis-
tributions of incase or principal, or both,
pursuant to the provisions of the preced-
ing sentence, the Trustee shall be under
no necessity to maintain equality of dis-
tribution as amongst the income and re-
